SPAIN.
The Birthplace of Our Brand, Adams Fly Rods
Located in the northeast of Spain, near Barcelona, the Pyrenees stretch between Aragon and Catalonia. Although this destination has become increasingly popular in recent years, and fishing pressure has significantly increased, in collaboration with local guides from the Pro Staff Adams, we will ensure you have access to the best spots at the right time, including limited-access areas. This region remains one of our preferred places to test and improve our gear, thanks to the rich fish life it offers, ranging from fast-flowing streams and mountain lakes with a remarkable population of wild Mediterranean brown trout, to large rivers winding through valleys, home to various trout species that can reach exceptional sizes with intense colors.
Spanish-style nymphing remains the region’s flagship method, but sight nymphing can also be highly effective. Depending on the season, dry fly fishing or streamer fishing should also not be overlooked! You’ll have the unique opportunity to perfect your technique in varied and challenging conditions.
We invite you to discover this incredible destination where we fish between Catalonia and Aragon, on legendary rivers such as the Segre, the Cinca, the Noguera Ribagorzana, and many more.
