ADAMS FLY ROD’S PRODUCT WARRANTY

All our rods carry a 5-year warranty against manufacturer’s defects and workmanship for the original owner of the rod.

ADAMS FLY RODS will, at their option, repair or replace any ADAMS fly rod which is found to be defective in material or workmanship. Original owners are asked to complete the online “product registration” form (providing proof of purchase) within 60 days of purchase. All products must be purchased from an authorized ADAMS FLY RODS retailer to be eligible.

Warranties do not cover damages due to fire, theft, loss, or incidental damage resulting from use of the product. Unregistered rods being returned, must provide proof of purchase. Repair of non-warrantied damage may be available for a reasonable charge.

ADAMS FLY ROD reserves the right to repair or replace warrantied products with similar products. Replaced components may differ in color or other cosmetic features. Complete rods must be returned for inspection prior to any warranty claim. Owners are responsible for shipping / insurance costs for returning of the rod (duties/taxes for international). This warranty is valid unless otherwise stated on the product.

SERVICE AND REPAIRS

To repair or replace a registered Adams fly rod, there will be a 50 € fee (75 € fee on all our High-end rod series equiped with recoil guides) for any damage that is not directly related to manufacturing defect when product was purchased. All rods will be inspected by our repair department to determine the cause of breakage. A damaged rod should be placed in its rod tube prior to shipment. Do not send your rod in a custom rod tube. A properly packed standard cardboard protective tube is the best method of shipment to protect it from further damage. We highly recommend that you insure and track all shipments to ADAMS FLY RODS.

Other ADAMS FLY RODS products that are covered under warranty of materials or workmanship defects must either be registered with ADAMS FLY RODS or provide a proof of purchase dated within two years. This warranty is not intended to cover normal wear and tear of products during their intended use.

Blanks (Rod builders only)

Replacement or refund is limited to the cost of the bank only and does not include any costs incurred during the build process, any additional fees charged by custom rod builders, or components added to blanks. Prior to your build please take a few moments to check over your blank to ensure you are satisfied with it before you proceed with your build. If you are in any way unhappy with the quality of the product please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.If you breake a section by mistake we can offer spare section for fair prices. You can do this via the “Contact Us” section on our website.
